Joanne Dean Art

Joanne Dean is a horse artist based in Ascot. She is self taught and having had horses all of her life she loves to catch their beauty, nature and power on canvas. She began selling paintings in her late teens to a gallery in Cardiff and following that undertook several very successful commissions.

Painting then just became a hobby while she served in the Royal Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller for 16 years, but upon leaving the military she has turned back to her love of art.

Joanne is always looking for a new subject to paint. She is always happy to view any high definition photos of horses that people send her and any photo successfully turned into a painting she gives the owner the first limited edition print of that run.
